Empire Slice House is Oklahoma's most celebrated independent pizza brand, born in 2013 inside a converted laundromat in OKC's Plaza District by Oklahoma-native Rachel Cope and the 84 Hospitality Group. Named Independent Pizzeria of the Year by Pizza Today magazine in 2018, Empire serves New York-style pizza by the slice or whole 20-inch pie, with creative seasonal specials like the Pineapple Express alongside classics like pepperoni and their signature Evil Empire pie.
