CH|OP Grocer

CH|OP Grocer is a brand new community-first neighborhood bodega that opened in January 2026 in Tulsa's Crosbie Heights neighborhood, located at the corner of Quanah and Archer. The name CH|OP is a playful acronym combining Crosbie Heights and neighboring Owen Park, reflecting its deep roots in the local community. Founded by Chris and Kristen McCabe, the shop is built around celebrating local vendors, fresh food, everyday staples, and thoughtful sourcing, with the goal of creating a welcoming neighborhood space that supports local makers and fosters community connection. Sharing the same historic 1935 building is Mary's, a companion home goods boutique named after Mary Partridge, the Muscogee woman whose 160-acre allotment originally formed the Crosbie Heights neighborhood.
