Open since 1960, Bill's Jumbo Hamburgers is one of Tulsa's most iconic and beloved burger institutions. Located in the Kendall Whittier neighborhood, this no-frills one-room burger shack has been serving fresh never-frozen Oklahoma-style smash burgers for over six decades. Every patty is grilled right before your eyes on a flat griddle with onions cooked in, and the buns are griddled to a perfect crispy edge. Burgers range from a 1/3 pound all the way to a full two pounds, and the fresh-cut fries and hand-battered onion rings are legendary in their own right. Featured on Man vs. Food Nation, Bill's is cash only, closes when the meat runs out, and still draws a line out the door every single day.
